We believe that by believing in the Lord Jesus, confessing our faith in Him, that He is our Lord, and receiving Him as our saviour we are saved from God’s eternal condemnation (Rom 10:9-10).
Since the Church is not an earthly entity but a heavenly one, and it is sanctified to God, it cannot be built or grow in any way we please because it belongs to God. It must be built according to God’s heavenly pattern and there cannot be any mixture with the world (eg., commerce, entertainment, politics), the flesh (fallen human nature), religion, or man’s traditions. There is no headquarters, human leader, hierarchy (eg., clergy/laity system) or dead works. It is not a religious organization or a social club. It grows by the life and nature of Christ through the Holy Spirit rather than our human methods, ideas, and abilities. It is the holy dwelling of the Almighty God on earth today just as the temple was in the past and the New Jerusalem shall be in the future.
OUR MEETINGS
We meet to pray and study the Bible on the campus, in our offices and workplaces and live what we like to call “the church life.”
All who seek to know the Lord Jesus in truth and in life are welcome in our midst and we choose not to meet in any name other than that of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We welcome all who call upon His name (Romans 10:12) to meet with us at the times and places below. We have Lord’s Day meetings in English and Mandarin, as well as smaller group meetings in the homes in either language.
NOTE: Currently, due to social distancing recommendations because of pandemic, we are meeting in small groups via video conferencing technologies. If you would like to meet with us, please use our contact form or call us at +1 954-530-8876
- Each Lord’s Day we gather at 10:00 AM for what we call a “prophesying meeting” where each member is encouraged to speak for the Lord.
- At 11:15 AM, we will have a brief, living message on basic Christian truths or practices.
- At 5:00 PM in the afternoon, we have the Lord’s table to remember our Lord Jesus Christ and to praise and worship His God and our God, His Father and our Father.
