SERVICE AREA AND PRICING

You are responsible for the diagnostic trip charge fee when a service technician comes to your home. Prior to any work being performed an estimate will be given for any labor and / or part needed to repair the problem.

If your appliance is under warranty then there will be no diagnostic fee or repair charge. Please feel free to give us a call or begin to schedule service online to determine if your appliance is under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you purchased a 3rd party extended warranty we recommend you contact the provider for a preauthorization number prior to scheduling a service appointment.

SCHEDULING SERVICE

If you need same day service call 610-396-5839 as soon as possible and a customer service representative will check the availability in your area.

You can schedule service through our online scheduling system which allows you to choose the day that works best for you.

You can call in to schedule service and we can select a day that works best for you together.

TIME WINDOW

Once your service appointment is scheduled we will text the mobile number given and email the email address given a 3 hour time window the day prior to your appointment.
